During your operation of Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant, we will do the following:

According to Aw's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Aw does provide standards and specifications, as well as a list of approved suppliers, for franchisees to purchase inventory for their Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurants. Aw also issues, modifies, and supplements the standards, specifications, and procedures for purchasing and operating Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurants.
During the operation of the Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant, Aw will provide guidance and assistance in purchasing approved fixtures, furniture, equipment, signs, inventory products, operating materials, and supplies. This guidance is furnished through the Operations Manual, lists of approved suppliers, written materials, electronic communication, phone consultations, and consultations at Aw's office or the franchisee's restaurant.
The Operations Manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and operating procedures prescribed by Aw. The Operations Manual can be modified at any time to reflect changes in the Papa Ray's Pizza Restaurant system, including additions to and deletions from authorized products and services, specifications, standards, and operating procedures. As of the date of the 2025 Disclosure Document, the Operations Manual has 156 pages, but Aw is currently revising it.
