What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Aw's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all payments and reports required by the Franchise Agreement must be directed to the address Aw notifies the franchisee of from time to time, or to such other persons and places as Aw may direct from time to time.

This means that the specific address for sending payments and reports is not fixed in the agreement itself. Instead, Aw has the flexibility to change the designated recipient or location as needed. This could be due to changes in Aw's business operations, accounting practices, or other administrative reasons.

As a prospective Aw franchisee, it is important to maintain clear communication with Aw to ensure that you are always sending payments and reports to the correct address. Franchisees should pay close attention to any notices from Aw regarding changes to payment procedures or reporting requirements to avoid late fees or other penalties. Franchisees should confirm the correct address with Aw before sending any payments or reports.
