CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
| Franchisee (Assignor):, whose business address is, in consideration of the granting of a franchise to Assignor contemporaneously herewith, and other valuable consideration paid by Rayyan Pizza Franchise, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (Franchisor/Assignee), hereby assigns unto the Assignee (i) all telephone numbers and listings utilized by Assignor in the operation of Assignor's PAPA RAY'S PIZZA restaurant at Assignor's address above-referenced and (ii) all accounts with social media platforms or networks, including passwords and log-in information. WINGS" and the associated marks are solely the property of Franchisor/Assignee. Assignor's right to use any telephone numbers and directory listings and social media accounts associated with "PAPA RAY'S PIZZA & WINGS" trademarks and service marks was solely due to a limited license granted by Assignee/Franchisor in connection with the Assignee/Franchisor's trademark(s)/service mark(s) pursuant to a Franchise Agreement. STATE ADDENDUM
Some administrators of franchise registration states may require us to enter into an addendum to the Disclosure Document and/or the Franchise Agreement describing certain state laws or regulations which may supersede the Disclosure Document or Franchise Agreement. If you are in a registration state which requires an addendum, it will be found in this exhibit.
RAYYAN PIZZA FRANCHISE LLC ADDENDUM TO FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT FOR THE STATE OF ILLINOIS
The Rayyan Pizza Franchise LLC Franchise Disclosure Document for use in the State of Illinois is modified in accordance with the following:
Illinois law shall apply to and govern the Franchise Agreement.
In conformance with Section 4 of the Illinois Franchise Disclosure Act, any provision in a franchise agreement that designates jurisdiction and venue in a forum outside of the State of Illinois is void. However, a franchise agreement may provide for arbitration to take place outside of Illinois.
Franchisee's rights upon Termination and Non-renewal are set forth in Sections 19 and 20 of the Illinois Franchise Disclosure Act.
In conformance with Section 41 of the Illinois Franchise Disclosure Act, any condition, stipulation or provision purporting to bind any person acquiring any franchise to waive compliance with the Illinois Franchise Disclosure Act or any other law of Illinois is void.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Aw Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees assign all telephone numbers and social media accounts used in their Papa Ray's Pizza restaurant to Rayyan Pizza Franchise, LLC. This assignment is a condition of being granted the franchise. The franchisee's right to use these telephone numbers, directory listings, and social media accounts is solely due to a limited license granted by Aw in connection with Aw's trademarks and service marks under the Franchise Agreement.
Upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee's right to use the telephone number, directory listing, and social media accounts associated with Aw's trademark, including Papa Ray's Pizza & Wings, ceases. The assignment authorizes the telephone company and social media companies to transfer all rights to Aw. Aw is also authorized to act as the franchisee's attorney-in-fact to execute instruments necessary to effectuate the transfer.
Aw has the sole right to and interest in all telephone numbers and directory listings associated with its marks. The franchisee must notify the telephone company and listing agencies of the termination or expiration of their right to use any telephone number and authorize the transfer to Aw. Franchisees must also assign to Aw all rights to any domain name registrations, websites, and social media presence using Aw's marks, including passwords and account manager access, and notify the necessary parties of the termination of their license to use the marks.
