| Franchisee (Assignor):, whose business address is, in consideration of the granting of a franchise to Assignor contemporaneously herewith, and other valuable consideration paid by Rayyan Pizza Franchise, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (Franchisor/Assignee), hereby assigns unto the Assignee (i) all telephone numbers and listings utilized by Assignor in the operation of Assignor's PAPA RAY'S PIZZA restaurant at Assignor's address above-referenced and (ii) all accounts with social media platforms or networks, including passwords and log-in information. According to Aw's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the consideration given by Rayyan Pizza Franchise, LLC (the franchisor/assignee) for the assignment of telephone numbers and social media accounts by the Aw franchisee (assignor) is the granting of a franchise to the assignor contemporaneously with the assignment, and other valuable consideration. This means that as part of the franchise agreement, the franchisee agrees to transfer their business telephone numbers and social media accounts to Aw.
This assignment includes all telephone numbers and listings used by the franchisee in operating their Papa Ray's Pizza restaurant, as well as all accounts with social media platforms or networks, including passwords and log-in information. The franchisee's right to use these telephone numbers, directory listings, and social media accounts is solely due to a limited license granted by Aw in connection with Aw's trademarks and service marks under the Franchise Agreement. Once the Franchise Agreement expires or terminates, the franchisee no longer has any rights to these assets.
Aw is authorized to notify the telephone company and social media companies to transfer all rights to the use of the telephone lines and social media accounts to Aw. The franchisee appoints Aw as their attorney-in-fact to execute any instruments necessary to effectuate this transfer. Upon assignment, Aw assumes all obligations related to the telephone services and social media accounts as if they were the original subscriber or account holder. This ensures a smooth transition of these important communication channels back to Aw upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement.
