What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, on-site training is not typically required. Auntie Annes is not obligated to provide on-site training or consultation at the franchisee's business location, unless specified in Schedule A. However, a franchisee can request on-site training, which Auntie Annes may agree to provide, but is not obligated to do so.
Auntie Annes retains the discretion to require a franchisee to obtain on-site training at any time. This includes periods before and after the store's opening date.
This mandatory on-site training may also be required if the franchisee fails to comply with Auntie Annes's System and Standards. This ensures that all franchisees adhere to the brand's operational guidelines and maintain quality control.
