What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a manager must meet specific requirements to become a Certified Training Manager. The manager must first complete the Management Training Program at least six months before applying for certification. Additionally, the manager needs to maintain specific food safety programs and attend any additional required training programs that Auntie Annes may specify.
Beyond these explicit requirements, Auntie Annes retains the discretion to specify other qualifications that a manager must meet to be designated as a Certified Training Manager. This allows Auntie Annes to adapt its criteria as needed to maintain the quality and consistency of its training programs.
It's important to note that Auntie Annes also reserves the right to change the minimum requirements for certification of a Certified Training Manager at any time. Furthermore, Auntie Annes may require Certified Training Managers to be recertified if they transfer to another franchised business, no longer meet the current requirements, or on an annual basis. This ensures that all Certified Training Managers remain up-to-date with Auntie Annes's standards and practices.
