What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the provider for polling services for the required Computer System will be either Auntie Annes or a designated Approved Supplier. A franchisee is responsible for paying all polling fees or service fees charged by the provider for these services.
This means that as an Auntie Annes franchisee, you must use a Computer System that meets Auntie Annes's standards and allows them to retrieve data. Part of this system involves polling services, which transfer data from your store to Auntie Annes. Auntie Annes retains the right to specify the polling services provider.
The franchisee bears the financial responsibility for all fees associated with these polling services. It is important for a prospective franchisee to determine who the approved suppliers are and what these polling fees might amount to, as these are costs the franchisee must bear to remain in compliance with the franchise agreement.
