Initial Training**.
We will provide initial training in the System and our policies and procedures to your trainees.
See "Training," below in this Item. (Franchise Agreement, Section 11.A.)
Subsequent Trainees. Any Primary Contact or Managers (including any Directors of Operations) that you hire or appoint after the opening of the Shop and any other persons we designate ("Subsequent Trainees") must attend and successfully complete our Management Training Program (or, as applicable, Primary Contact Training) before becoming involved in the operation of your Shop. We may require employees that transfer to your Shop from another Shop to successfully complete the Management Training Program again. We also may require you to send additional Managers or employees to the Management Training Program if we have identified operational or performance issues at your Shop. You must pay us a reasonable training fee (currently, $250 per trainee per day) for each Subsequent Trainee that attends a Management Training Program.
Instructional Materials. We use various forms of instructional materials in the Management Training Program, including classroom lectures, videos, workbook assignments, role-playing, and
hands-on experience working in a fully operational Shop. We require you to bring to the Management Training Program a dedicated tablet that meets the hardware and software specifications necessary to use our electronic learning management system.
Your trainees may not attend the Management Training Program until (a) you have provided us with your fully signed Lease (if required) in a form that we have approved, (b) your Shop is under

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training in the System and Auntie Annes's policies and procedures is provided to the franchisee's trainees. Any Primary Contact or Managers hired after the shop opens, along with any other designated persons, must attend and successfully complete the Management Training Program before being involved in the shop's operation.
The Management Training Program uses various instructional materials, including classroom lectures, videos, workbook assignments, role-playing, and hands-on experience in a fully operational Auntie Annes shop. Franchisees are required to bring a dedicated tablet that meets the hardware and software specifications needed to use Auntie Annes's electronic learning management system.
Trainees cannot attend the Management Training Program until certain conditions are met, including providing a fully signed lease, evidence of required insurance, and ensuring the shop is under construction and within six weeks of its scheduled opening date. For subsequent trainees attending the Management Training Program, a training fee of $250 per trainee per day is currently charged.
