Where does the on-the-job training for Auntie Annes take place?

According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the on-the-job training is conducted at a Certified Training Location. These locations are Shops that Auntie Annes designates as authorized training facilities. These locations may be located outside of the franchisee's state and may be operated by other Auntie Annes franchisees.

For franchisees who operate three or more Shops, Auntie Annes may allow them to provide the Management Training Program to their Required Trainees if they have a Certified Training Manager and operate a Certified Training Store. This decision is at Auntie Anne's sole discretion.

Prospective franchisees should confirm the location of the nearest Certified Training Locations during their due diligence. They should also inquire about the requirements to become a Certified Training Location if they plan to expand to multiple units.
