What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the on-the-job portion of the Station / Position training is currently conducted at Certified Training Locations. These locations are specifically designated by Auntie Anne's for training purposes.
This means that new franchisees and their staff will receive hands-on training at an existing Auntie Anne's store that has been approved and certified by the company. This approach allows trainees to learn in a real-world environment, using actual equipment and processes, under the guidance of experienced personnel.
The FDD also mentions that Auntie Anne's may authorize certain franchisees who operate a Certified Training Location and have a Certified Training Manager to provide portions of the Management Training Program. This indicates that some franchisees may have the opportunity to become trainers themselves, provided they meet specific requirements set by Auntie Anne's.
