What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Auntie Annes will review an initial set of architectural plans at no cost, as well as one revised set of plans incorporating required changes, also at no cost.
After these initial reviews, Auntie Annes may charge a fee of $1,000 for each subsequent set of drawings reviewed if they include modifications from previously accepted plans. This means that franchisees should aim to get their plans right early in the process to avoid incurring additional costs.
