There are no agreements currently in effect which significantly limit our rights to use or license the Proprietary Marks. There are no currently effective determinations of the USPTO, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the trademark administrator of any state, or any court adversely affecting the ownership, use, or licensing of the Proprietary Marks. There is no pending infringement, interference, opposition, or cancellation proceeding, or material litigation, involving
Proprietary Marks. There are presently no infringing uses known to us that could materially affect your use of the Proprietary Marks listed above in the state in which the Shop will be located.
