As you know, Auntie Anne's Franchisor SPV LLC ("we") and the franchisee identified below ("you") are preparing to enter into an Auntie Anne's® Franchise Agreement (the "Franchise Agreement") for the operation of an Auntie Anne's® franchise.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Anne's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the agreement signed between Auntie Anne's Franchisor SPV LLC and the franchisee is called the "Auntie Anne's® Franchise Agreement".
Exhibit B of the FDD contains the Auntie Anne's Franchise Agreement and related agreements. Other agreements that may be signed include the Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, Concession Shop Schedule, Co-Branded Shop Schedule, Satellite Retail Unit Addendum, Satellite Retail Unit Lease Agreement, General Release, and POS System Support Services Agreement, which are listed in Exhibit C.
Additionally, Schedule B contains personal convenants, which all persons having an equity interest in the franchisee must sign. Schedule C contains the Guaranty of Payment and Performance, which is made by the individuals in favor of Auntie Anne's Franchisor SPV LLC.
