- D.
Completion of Training.
All of your Required Trainees must successfully complete our Management Training Program at least one week prior to the scheduled opening date of the Franchised Business.
If your opening date changes and your required Trainees completed our Management Training Program more than 120 days before the revised opening date, we may require them to attend up to an additional week of training and may require you to pay our thencurrent daily training fee for each Required Trainee.
We have the right in our reasonable discretion to determine whether a trainee has successfully completed the Management Training Program.
If we conclude that a Required Trainee has failed to successfully complete the Management Training Program, that Required Trainee must re-enroll in our next scheduled applicable Management Training Program at no additional charge.
We will have the right to terminate this Agreement if, following the Management Training Program and re-enrollment training (if any), none of the Required Trainees has successfully completed the Management Training Program.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, all Required Trainees must successfully complete the Management Training Program at least one week prior to the scheduled opening date of the Franchised Business. Required Trainees consist of two Managers and any other individuals that Auntie Annes designates.
If the opening date changes and the Required Trainees completed the Management Training Program more than 120 days before the revised opening date, Auntie Annes may require them to attend up to an additional week of training. The franchisee may also be required to pay the then-current daily training fee for each Required Trainee in this situation.
Auntie Annes retains the right to determine whether a trainee has successfully completed the Management Training Program. If a Required Trainee fails to successfully complete the program, they must re-enroll in the next scheduled Management Training Program at no additional charge. However, Auntie Annes has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement if, after the initial Management Training Program and re-enrollment training (if any), none of the Required Trainees successfully complete the Management Training Program.
