What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Auntie Annes's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are several conditions that must be met before trainees can attend the Management Training Program. The franchisee must provide Auntie Annes with a fully signed lease, if required, in a form that Auntie Annes has approved. Additionally, the shop must be under construction.

Furthermore, the franchisee needs to provide evidence of the insurance required under the Franchise Agreement. Finally, attendance must be scheduled within six weeks of the shop's planned opening date.

These conditions ensure that trainees are prepared to manage their Auntie Annes location effectively upon completion of the training program. By requiring a signed lease, proof of construction, and insurance, Auntie Annes aims to ensure franchisees have secured their location and are ready to open their business. The six-week window ensures the training is relevant and timely for the store opening.
