What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Auntie Anne's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Concession Shop is a specific format for an Auntie Anne's franchise. It involves producing and selling Auntie Anne's products from a temporary stand. These stands are typically located at venues such as farmers' markets, concession trailers, or food trucks.

It is important to note that Auntie Anne's offers Concession Shop franchises exclusively to existing franchisees who meet their qualifications. This means a new franchisee cannot directly apply for a Concession Shop.

If operating a Concession Shop, the franchisee must sign the standard Franchise Agreement, along with a Concession Shop Schedule, which outlines specific terms and conditions applicable to this type of outlet. This schedule is included as Exhibit C to the Franchise Disclosure Document.
