We may also, in our sole discretion, require that you obtain On-Site Training at any time, including in the days or weeks before and/or after your Opening Date and/or if you fail to comply with the System and Standards.

We may charge you a reasonable fee for On-Site Training, which may include a daily or hourly fee for each of our trainers and reimbursement for their travel and living expenses (including airfare, car expenses, lodging, meals, etc.) during such On-Site Training.
