We estimate that initial franchise fees will range from $30,000 to $100,000. This initial franchise fee is to be paid in one lump sum payment, some or all of which may be financed as detailed in Item 10 and Exhibits B and J to this Franchise Disclosure Document. The initial franchise fee is not refundable.

Prior to commencing business, you must obtain from us a hand-held computer system and printer compatible with the system utilized by us. The estimated charges for the hand-held computer, plus printer paper and ribbons, for the 1st 3 months of business are $455, plus sales and use taxes, for an estimated total of $482 to $494. The charges for the hand-held computer system and printer are not refundable.

Prior to commencing business, you must purchase from us one week's worth of Products for your first week of operation. We estimate that the cost of one week's worth of Products will range from $3,000 to $25,00
