Item 5 INITIAL FEES
You must pay an initial franchise fee equal to a multiple of the average weekly net sales of different categories of Products to Outlets located in your Sales Area. We will establish the average weekly net sales based on historical sales records in the Sales Area and will determine the franchise fee based on that evaluation for each Sales Area offered.
