  • §10.5 ENFORCEMENT OF MARKS: DISTRIBUTOR agrees to notify AUNT MILLIE'S of any apparent infringement of or challenge to any of the Marks in the Sales Area and to fully cooperate with AUNT MILLIE'S in any legal action relating to enforcement of rights in the Marks.
