- §12.11TIME CALCULATION: In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Sunday, or holiday, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Sunday or holiday.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Aunt Millies Bakeries's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when calculating the number of days for the purposes of the agreement, all days are counted. This includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
However, there is an exception to this rule. If the final day of any time period falls on a Sunday or a holiday, then the final day is considered to be the next day that is not a Sunday or holiday.
For a prospective Aunt Millies Bakeries franchisee, this means that deadlines and time-sensitive requirements outlined in the agreement will include all calendar days unless a deadline falls on a Sunday or holiday, in which case the deadline is shifted to the next business day. This is a fairly standard clause in franchise agreements to ensure clarity and fairness in meeting obligations.
