Augusta_Lawn_Care Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Training for replacement managers or employees is required and provided on the same terms as the initial training provided to you, except that there may be a fee. Training for replacement managers will occur at a time we schedule on a space-available basis, and may not be available immediately after the replacement manager (or employee) is hired. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred by you and your employees in connection with attending all training programs, including the cost of transportation, lodging, meals and wages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care FDD, training for replacement managers is required and provided on the same terms as the initial training given to the franchisee. However, Augusta Lawn Care may charge a fee for this training. The training for replacement managers will occur when Augusta Lawn Care schedules it, based on space availability. The training may not be available immediately after the replacement manager or employee is hired.

The franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred by them and their employees in connection with attending all training programs. These expenses include the cost of transportation, lodging, meals, and wages.

This means that if a franchisee needs to replace a manager, they will need to factor in the time and potential cost of training the new manager. The franchisee should also be prepared to cover all related expenses for the replacement manager to attend the training. The timing of the training is subject to Augusta Lawn Care's schedule and availability, which could potentially cause delays in getting a new manager fully trained and up to speed.
