What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care FDD, Augusta Lawn Care has the right to designate a single supplier for any item or service that franchisees are required to use. Augusta Lawn Care maintains absolute authority to limit the suppliers with whom franchisees can conduct business. They may require franchisees to purchase specific items, products, services, signs, furnishings, supplies, fixtures, and equipment from Augusta Lawn Care or their approved distributors. Unless otherwise specified in writing, franchisees may be required to obtain all goods, items, products, equipment, and services necessary for the business's development and operation from Augusta Lawn Care's approved or designated suppliers.

Augusta Lawn Care may provide a list of approved suppliers, which is subject to change at any time at their discretion. Changes to the approved suppliers list will be communicated through updates to the Manual or other written communications, including electronic mail. Augusta Lawn Care can revoke approval of suppliers at any time with written notice and may also become an approved supplier or the sole supplier for any item, product, good, or service.

Augusta Lawn Care also reserves the right to have a financial interest in any entity acting as an approved supplier for products and services used, offered, or sold in the Augusta Lawn Care business. If a franchisee wants to use an alternative supplier for a product or service, they must submit a Supplier and Product Evaluation Form, which Augusta Lawn Care may approve or deny at their discretion, except when Augusta Lawn Care has designated a sole supplier.
