5.4 Advertising
Augusta Lawn Care may, but is not required to, provide you with electronic access to certain advertising materials, including in PDF format. These materials may include video and audiotapes, copy-ready print advertising materials, posters, banners and miscellaneous point-of-sale Items, and may be regional or national at Augusta Lawn Care's sole discretion. Printing of any and all such materials shall be at your sole cost and expense. Augusta Lawn Care reserves the right to change the format in which it provides these materials to you in the future.
5.5 Approved Suppliers
Augusta Lawn Care has the absolute right to limit the suppliers with whom you may deal. Augusta Lawn Care reserves the right to act as the only approved supplier for some or all of the Approved Products and Services and products You will purchase for Your Augusta Lawn Care Business. Augusta Lawn Care reserves the right to charge a mark-up on any product or service sold to You. In advising You of suppliers who meet its standards and specifications, Augusta Lawn Care expressly disclaims any warranties or representations as to the condition of the goods or services sold by the suppliers, including, without limitation, expressed or implied warranties as to merchantability or fitness for any intended purpose.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care FDD, Augusta Lawn Care may provide franchisees with electronic access to advertising materials but is not required to do so. These materials, which may be regional or national at Augusta Lawn Care's discretion, can include video and audiotapes, copy-ready print advertising materials, posters, banners, and miscellaneous point-of-sale items.
However, franchisees are responsible for the costs of printing any of these materials. Augusta Lawn Care also retains the right to modify the format in which these materials are provided in the future.
Furthermore, all marketing and promotion by the franchisee must be in a format approved by Augusta Lawn Care and conducted in a dignified manner, conforming to the standards and requirements Augusta Lawn Care specifies. Franchisees must receive written approval from Augusta Lawn Care before using any advertising or promotional plans or materials and must provide evidence of local advertising and promotion expenditures as directed by Augusta Lawn Care in the manual or in writing. Augusta Lawn Care may also make promotional materials available to the franchisee at the franchisee's expense, including newspaper mats, coupons, merchandising materials, point-of-purchase materials, special promotions, and similar advertising and promotional matters.
