What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are expected to participate in promotions and programs as an integral part of the Augusta Lawn Care system. These promotions may include rebates and give-aways. The FDD states that the franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with these promotions. This includes issuing and honoring the promotions as per Augusta Lawn Care's advertising programs.
This means that while Augusta Lawn Care may establish advertising programs and system-wide promotions, the financial burden of executing these promotions falls on the individual franchisee. The franchisee must factor in these costs when budgeting and planning their business operations. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the scope and frequency of these promotions to accurately assess the potential financial impact on their business.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical promotional calendar, the expected costs of participation, and the level of flexibility they have in choosing which promotions to implement. Understanding these aspects will help in making an informed decision about the financial obligations associated with marketing and promotions as an Augusta Lawn Care franchisee.
