What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care Franchise Disclosure Document, Augusta Lawn Care may provide franchisees with access to manuals, franchisee resources, and company news. This is not a guaranteed obligation, but rather an option that Augusta Lawn Care may exercise during the operation of the franchise.
Specifically, Augusta Lawn Care will loan franchisees one copy of the Confidential Operations Manual, containing approximately 130 pages, before they open their business. This manual contains proprietary information that must be kept confidential. The table of contents for the Confidential Operations Manual is included as Exhibit D in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
During the operation of the Augusta Lawn Care business, the franchisor may update these manuals to incorporate improvements and new developments. These revisions can be made at any time. Franchisees are also expected to read and review the Operations Manual prior to attending training, with supplemental training provided in a review of the material along with hands-on, observational and visual instruction on daily procedures and best practices.
