What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit proof of payment for specific financial obligations on a monthly basis. Specifically, franchisees must provide proof of payment for any leasehold rental obligations, sales tax, and payroll taxes. These submissions are due to Augusta Lawn Care on or before the tenth day following the end of each month.
This requirement ensures that Augusta Lawn Care franchisees are current on essential financial responsibilities. By mandating proof of payment for leasehold rental obligations, sales tax, and payroll taxes, Augusta Lawn Care aims to maintain the financial health and legal compliance of its franchise network. This also allows Augusta Lawn Care to confirm compliance with the franchise agreement.
For a prospective Augusta Lawn Care franchisee, this means maintaining meticulous records of all leasehold rental, sales tax, and payroll tax payments. Franchisees must be prepared to submit these records to Augusta Lawn Care monthly, adhering to the specified deadlines. Failure to provide timely proof of payment could potentially lead to issues with the franchisor and potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
