systems, logotypes or symbols that Augusta Lawn Care has not authorized You to use.
- (b) If You have any direct or indirect interest in the ownership or operation of any business other than the Augusta Lawn Care Business that is confusingly similar to the Augusta Lawn Care Business or uses the System or Marks, or if You fail to give Augusta Lawn Care a signed copy of the Nondisclosure, Nonsolicitation and Noncompetition Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E for You (or if You are a corporation, all officers and shareholders, or, if You are a partnership, all Your general partners, or, if You are a limited liability company, all Your members) within ten (10) days after Augusta Lawn Care requests it.
- (c) If You attempt to assign or Transfer Your rights under this Agreement in any manner not authorized by this Agreement.

According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the parties to the Nondisclosure, Nonsolicitation, and Noncompetition Agreement are the franchisee (referred to as "you") and Augusta Franchise LLC, including its renewals and assigns (referred to as "us").
This agreement is crucial for protecting Augusta Lawn Care's confidential information, trade secrets, and competitive advantages. It prevents franchisees from disclosing sensitive information, soliciting employees or customers, and competing with the franchise during and after the franchise term. The agreement is a form of Exhibit E to the Augusta Lawn Care Franchise Agreement.
Furthermore, if the franchisee is a corporation, all officers and shareholders must sign the agreement. If the franchisee is a partnership, all general partners must sign, and if a limited liability company, all members must sign the agreement. Failure to provide a signed copy of this agreement within ten days of Augusta Lawn Care's request can result in immediate termination of the Franchise Agreement.
