the Franchise Agreement);
- (6) Offer annual regional or national conferences designed to encourage the exchange of information and new ideas between us and our franchisees. You may be required to pay fees to us for these conferences based on our out-of-pocket costs to hold the conferences (See Section 5.1.3 of the Franchise Agreement);

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care Franchise Disclosure Document, Augusta Lawn Care offers annual regional or national conferences. While attendance at regional or national conferences is not mandatory, Augusta Lawn Care states that it may offer these conferences to encourage the exchange of information and new ideas between the company and its franchisees.
Augusta Lawn Care also states that franchisees may be required to pay fees to attend these conferences. These fees would be based on the company's out-of-pocket costs to hold the conferences.
In addition to regional or national conferences, Augusta Lawn Care also conducts an annual national franchise conference that franchisees (or their Operating Principal) must attend. The current fee for the national franchise conference is $500. Augusta Lawn Care states that this conference will not occur more than one time per year.
