The maximum time to open, after the Effective Date, is three hundred and sixty five (365) days. The typical length of time between the signing of a Franchise Agreement and the opening of a business is between seven and 360 days. We may terminate the franchise agreement if you are
unable to open your Business within three hundred and sixty five (365) days. Factors that may affect this time include your ability to obtain business licenses and permits, when you complete training, select a site, negotiate a lease and complete any construction or renovation of your facility, if you are operating from a physical location (you are not required to do so).
