Can Augusta Lawn Care license others to sell Proprietary Services from any location to any purchaser?

According to the 2025 FDD, Augusta Lawn Care retains specific rights regarding the sale and distribution of Proprietary Services. Augusta Lawn Care has the right to sell, rent, and distribute any Proprietary Services directly or indirectly, and/or license others to sell and distribute, any Proprietary Services, directly or indirectly, from any location to any purchaser. This includes sales made through various channels such as retail establishments, mail order, independent distributors, wholesale distribution, phone order, the Internet, and sales to delivery customers.

However, there is one exception to this broad right: Augusta Lawn Care cannot exercise this right from an Augusta Lawn Care Business inside the franchisee's Approved Territory. This means that while Augusta Lawn Care can license others to sell Proprietary Services from any location to any purchaser, it cannot do so directly through a physical Augusta Lawn Care Business operating within the franchisee's designated territory.
