What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as of January 2025, Augusta Lawn Care owns and operates Mike Andes Media Group LLC, which is an approved, but not required, media provider for its franchisees. This means that while franchisees are not obligated to use Mike Andes Media Group LLC for their media needs, it is an approved option within the Augusta Lawn Care system.

This arrangement allows Augusta Lawn Care to maintain some level of control over the quality and consistency of media services used by its franchisees, while still providing franchisees with the flexibility to choose other providers if they prefer. It also creates a potential revenue stream for Augusta Lawn Care through its ownership of Mike Andes Media Group LLC, although the document does not specify the financial details of this arrangement.

It's worth noting that Augusta Lawn Care also owns and operates Copilot Software LLC, which is an approved CRM provider. The FDD indicates that Augusta Lawn Care reserves the right to designate itself or its affiliates as approved suppliers for other items franchisees are required to purchase in the future. This clause gives Augusta Lawn Care the ability to further integrate its own businesses into the supply chain of its franchisees, potentially increasing its revenue and control over the system.
