What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Augusta Lawn Care may revoke approval of suppliers at any time, in its sole discretion, but must provide written notice of the revocation. Upon receiving this notice, the franchisee must immediately stop purchasing from the disapproved supplier and cease offering, selling, or using any disapproved items, products, or services.
This requirement ensures that franchisees are formally informed of any changes to the approved supplier list, allowing them to adjust their operations accordingly. The written notice provides a clear record of the revocation, which can be important for compliance and dispute resolution. Franchisees should pay close attention to any communications from Augusta Lawn Care regarding approved suppliers to avoid inadvertently violating the franchise agreement.
Augusta Lawn Care also communicates changes to the approved suppliers list through changes to the Manual or other written communications, including via electronic mail. This multifaceted approach to communication ensures franchisees stay informed about supplier changes. Franchisees should regularly check the manual and their email for updates from Augusta Lawn Care to ensure they are using only approved suppliers and products.
