You may use any independent Internet Service Provider of your choosing that provides broad-band access. In addition to internet access, Augusta Lawn Care requires franchisees to maintain a functioning email address for electronic communication with the company. This requirement ensures that the franchisor can effectively communicate important updates, operational information, and other relevant details to the franchisee.
While franchisees can select their own internet provider, Augusta Lawn Care retains the right to access information generated or stored in the franchisee's computer systems. This includes transaction, operational, and customer information. The franchisor may review business operations in person, by mail, or electronically, and inspect paper and electronic business records related to the franchised business.
