You must offer all of the products and services we designate. We have the right to modify these items from time-to-time, at our sole discretion. You may not offer or sell any other product or service without our prior written consent. You must use the proprietary and nonproprietary techniques, materials and supplies we designate in the Manual. You must provide all services (including Proprietary Services) in accordance with the standards and specifications set forth in the Manual. You must, at all times, maintain sufficient staff, materials and supplies to meet reasonably anticipated customer demand.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer all products and services that Augusta Lawn Care designates. Augusta Lawn Care retains the right to modify these offerings at its discretion. Franchisees are prohibited from offering or selling any products or services that have not received prior written consent from Augusta Lawn Care.
In addition to offering designated products and services, Augusta Lawn Care franchisees must use the proprietary and nonproprietary techniques, materials, and supplies outlined in the manual. All services, including Proprietary Services, must be provided in accordance with the standards and specifications detailed in the manual. Franchisees are also responsible for maintaining sufficient staff, materials, and supplies to meet anticipated customer demand.
Augusta Lawn Care maintains the right to limit the suppliers with whom franchisees can conduct business and may require franchisees to purchase specific items, products, services, signs, furnishings, supplies, fixtures, and equipment from Augusta Lawn Care or its approved distributors. Unless otherwise specified in writing, franchisees may be required to obtain all goods, items, products, equipment, and services needed for the development and operation of the business from approved or designated suppliers. Augusta Lawn Care can designate a single supplier for any item or service and may change the list of approved suppliers, communicating these changes through updates to the manual or other written communications, including electronic mail.
