What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Disclosure Questionnaire includes a table for explaining any 'No' answers provided by the prospective franchisee. The questionnaire is designed to ensure that the franchisee has received and understood the Franchise Disclosure Document and related agreements, and that no unauthorized promises or statements have been made.
The questionnaire contains a series of questions about the franchisee's understanding of the franchise agreement, the Franchise Disclosure Document, and related aspects of the Augusta Lawn Care business. If the franchisee answers 'No' to any of these questions, they are required to provide an explanation in the provided table. This table includes columns for the questionnaire number and the explanation of the negative response.
This process is intended to ensure transparency and to document any areas of concern or misunderstanding before the franchise agreement is finalized. By requiring written explanations for negative responses, Augusta Lawn Care aims to address any potential issues and ensure that the franchisee is fully informed about the terms and conditions of the franchise.
