Augusta Lawn Care will lend You a Manual containing explicit instructions for use of the Marks, specifications for goods that will be used in or sold by the Augusta Lawn Care Business, sample business forms, information on marketing, management, and administration methods developed by Augusta Lawn Care for use in the Augusta Lawn Care Business, names of approved suppliers, and other information that Augusta Lawn Care believes may be necessary or helpful to You in Your operation of the Augusta Lawn Care Business. Augusta Lawn Care will revise the Manual periodically, at its discretion to conform to the changing needs of the Franchise Network and will distribute updated pages containing these revisions to You from time-to-time. Alternatively, and in lieu of a hard copy of the Manual, Augusta Lawn Care may make available to You a Manual in electronic form that is accessible to you. Augusta Lawn Care will notify You of any updates to the Manual. You shall be responsible for immediately downloading and complying with the revised Manual.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company will revise the Manual periodically to conform to the changing needs of the Franchise Network. Augusta Lawn Care will distribute updated pages containing these revisions to franchisees from time to time. Alternatively, Augusta Lawn Care may make available a Manual in electronic form that is accessible to franchisees.
Augusta Lawn Care will notify franchisees of any updates to the Manual. Franchisees are responsible for immediately downloading and complying with the revised Manual. Franchisees must also keep their copy of the Manual current by inserting revised pages or downloading the current version from Augusta Lawn Care's website upon notification of any revision.
It is important to note that if there is any dispute as to the requirements of the Manual at any point in time, the terms of the master copy of the Manual maintained by Augusta Lawn Care will control. Franchisees must also treat the Manual and the information contained therein as confidential and use all reasonable efforts to maintain such information as secret and confidential.
