Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Training for replacement managers or employees is required and provided on the same terms as the initial training provided to you, except that there may be a fee. Training for replacement managers will occur at a time we schedule on a space-available basis, and may not be available immediately after the replacement manager (or employee) is hired. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred by you and your employees in connection with attending all training programs, including the cost of transportation, lodging, meals and wages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, training for replacement managers is required and provided on the same terms as the initial training that is provided to the franchisee. However, Augusta Lawn Care states that there may be a fee for replacement manager training. The training will occur at a time that Augusta Lawn Care schedules, based on space availability, and may not be available immediately after the replacement manager is hired.

It is important to note that the franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred by themselves and their employees in connection with attending all training programs. These expenses include the cost of transportation, lodging, meals, and wages.

In summary, while the initial training for the franchisee is included, Augusta Lawn Care retains the right to charge a fee for the training of replacement managers, and the franchisee is responsible for all associated costs like travel and wages.
