As an Augusta Lawn Care franchisee, you will be subject to periodic inspections by Augusta Lawn Care or its representatives, who may conduct quality control and records inspections at any time, with or without prior notice. You are required to cooperate with these inspections, allowing entry to the business premises, providing assistance, and permitting the photographing and video recording of your business operations. You must also allow interviews with personnel and customers, and the inspection and copying of business records.

You are also obligated to submit financial reports to Augusta Lawn Care on a monthly basis, specifically by the tenth day following the end of each month, detailing the income and expenses of your Augusta Lawn Care business. Additionally, you must provide copies of all federal, state, and local income, sales, and property tax returns at the time of filing. Proof of payment for leasehold rental obligations, sales tax, and payroll taxes must also be submitted monthly.
