According to the 2025 Augusta Lawn Care Franchise Disclosure Document, Augusta Lawn Care may assist franchisees with sales promotions during the operation of their business. Specifically, Item 11 outlines that Augusta Lawn Care may provide assistance with sales promotions as part of its post-opening obligations.
In addition to sales promotions, Augusta Lawn Care may also provide periodic telephone and electronic mail assistance on daily operations, marketing, advertising, personnel, and other operating issues. They may also update the manuals to incorporate improvements and new developments in the System.
Furthermore, Augusta Lawn Care may advise as to sources of supply for equipment, services, supplies, products, and materials, and make reasonable efforts to negotiate, enter into, and maintain contracts for equipment, supplies, and services for franchisee purchase. Augusta Lawn Care may also offer annual regional or national conferences and provide access to print and television advertisements, if and when they exist, for franchisee use.
