Specifically, all equipment repairs must be completed within 72 hours, and any damaged or worn equipment should be repaired or reupholstered every six months, or as needed. Interior walls of common areas must be painted or touched up every six months, or as needed.

Augusta Lawn Care may also require franchisees to remodel their business or purchase new equipment, furniture, fixtures, signs, and other items at their own cost. This means franchisees should be prepared for ongoing expenses related to maintaining and updating their equipment and business premises to meet Augusta Lawn Care's standards.

These requirements ensure that all Augusta Lawn Care franchises maintain a consistent brand image and quality of service.
