What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Augusta Lawn Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as of May 2023, Augusta Lawn Care owned and operated Copilot Software LLC, which is an approved CRM provider for its franchisees. While Copilot Software LLC is an approved CRM provider, franchisees are not required to use it. As of January 2025, Augusta Lawn Care also owned and operated Mike Andes Media Group LLC, which is an approved media provider, but again, its use is not mandatory for franchisees.
Augusta Lawn Care retains the right to designate itself or its affiliates as approved suppliers for any item a franchisee is required to purchase in the future. However, outside of Copilot Software LLC and Mike Andes Media Group LLC, neither Augusta Lawn Care nor its affiliates are currently approved suppliers for any items franchisees must purchase.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that Augusta Lawn Care can modify its list of approved suppliers at any time. While franchisees are not currently required to purchase any products or services from approved suppliers, this could change in the future. Additionally, Augusta Lawn Care reserves the right to derive revenue from purchases that franchisees are required to make, including the use of Copilot software.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the criteria for becoming an approved supplier and the process for requesting approval of alternate suppliers. Understanding these policies can help franchisees make informed decisions about their purchasing options and manage their business effectively.
