Hotels must use Cloud PMS. At the time of this disclosure, HotelKey is the only approved Cloud PMS provider.
There are two components to the Cloud PMS solutions fee: (i) a PMS Solution Fee paid during the term of the License and (ii) an Implementation Fee paid during the initial 48 months of the operation of the Hotel. Hotels will be charged a PMS Solution Fee of $4.25 per room, per month. This fee may increase by no more than 5% annually, with notice to Brand System Hotels. The PMS Solution Fee covers the Hotel's use of the Cloud PMS, which enables property management and related activities to be integrated with IHG systems. This fee also includes support and training modules.
