What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Atwell Suites Franchise Disclosure Document, after receiving the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the 'Receipt' page at the end of the document must be signed and dated by an authorized signer for the applicant. This signed and dated receipt should then be immediately returned to the IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) development representative.

In addition to the receipt, the complete application must be filled out, preferably typed or printed, and signed and dated by the authorized signer(s) for the applicant. This ensures that Atwell Suites has a formal record of who received the FDD and when, acknowledging the start of the review period.

The applicant must also attach all supporting documents and information requested in the application, as summarized on the provided checklist. The entire package, including the signed application, supporting documents, and the application fee, should be submitted together. This comprehensive submission allows Atwell Suites to thoroughly evaluate the applicant's qualifications and financial capabilities.
