Your Hotel will be inspected during and after the completion of the required renovation, as detailed in Note 17, to verify satisfactory progress and completion. If your required renovation is not completed to our satisfaction at the time of inspection, the non-compliance fee described above will be assessed for any granted extensions, as well as for any subsequent re-inspections until the renovation work is completed to our satisfaction.
