What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Atwell Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Quore provides off-server data backups at a data storage location of their choosing. These data backups occur at intervals of no less than once every 24-hour period. This means that Atwell Suites franchisees can expect their data to be backed up at least once a day.

This daily backup schedule is designed to protect franchisee data from loss or damage. In the event that data is lost or damaged during the subscription period through no fault of the franchisee, Quore may provide the most recent available data backup directory for recovery of the client data. This ensures that franchisees can restore their data to a recent state, minimizing potential disruptions to their business operations.

It's important to note that Quore is not obligated to provide data recovery if the data loss is due to the franchisee's fault. Additionally, while Quore will take steps to protect client data, they are not liable for data loss or loss of access to data due to network failures or connectivity problems at the hotel. Franchisees should ensure they have adequate internet connectivity and security measures in place to minimize these risks.
