What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Atwell Suites hotels are required to install a service optimization application provided by Quore, LLC. This application, which facilitates workflow automation and compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards, requires a subscription agreement to be executed directly between the hotel and Quore, LLC. Payments for this service can be made monthly or annually. Therefore, the Technology Services Fee for the service optimization application is payable to Quore, LLC.
In addition to the service optimization application, Atwell Suites hotels must also install designated workstations and a multi-function printer in the Business Center to provide complementary internet access to hotel guests. These Public Access Computers must utilize SCH-approved security protection software and include enrollment in a 24x7 support program offered by an SCH-approved vendor. Franchisees may be required to sign a participation agreement with an approved vendor for these services.
Furthermore, Atwell Suites hotels, with the exception of those operating under a Change of Ownership License, are required to use Cloud PMS. Currently, HotelKey is the only approved Cloud PMS provider. These technology requirements and associated fees are essential for maintaining brand standards and providing necessary services to guests, representing a significant aspect of the operational costs for Atwell Suites franchisees.
