What information about an Atwell Suites franchisee can be shared with the Group Owner and third parties?

According to the 2025 Atwell Suites FDD, Atwell Suites may share information about a franchisee with the Group Owner and third parties. Subject to Card Organization Rules and Applicable Law, Atwell Suites may provide the Group Owner information obtained about the franchisee, including information related to their business, owners, and management. This also includes Card transactions (including Transaction Data), MID(s), and Merchant Account or related to the Services. Atwell Suites may also provide any such information to any Third Party at the Group Owner's request.
