What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Atwell Suites Franchise Disclosure Document, Holiday Hospitality Franchising, LLC, the franchisor, does not make any representations regarding the future financial performance of Atwell Suites licensees. This also extends to the past financial performance of company-owned or licensed outlets. Furthermore, Holiday does not authorize its employees or representatives to make such representations, either verbally or in written form.

However, there is an exception: if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing Atwell Suites outlet directly from Holiday, the franchisor may provide the actual financial records of that specific outlet. This allows the potential franchisee to review the historical performance of the location they are considering acquiring.

The FDD also advises that if a potential franchisee receives any financial performance information or projections of future income from any other source, they should report it to Holiday's management, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies. This is a protective measure to ensure that franchisees are not misled by unauthorized or unsubstantiated financial claims.
