What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Apricot Lane FDD, all franchises operate under the name "APRICOT LANE". Additionally, Apricot Lane franchises operate under other trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols authorized by COUNTRY VISIONS, collectively referred to as the "Marks".
This means that as a franchisee, you are granted the right to use the "APRICOT LANE" mark and other authorized marks to operate your retail store. These marks are essential for branding and creating a consistent image across all franchise locations. The franchisor, COUNTRY VISIONS, retains the authority to approve and authorize the use of these marks.
Apricot Lane also has the exclusive right to establish and maintain sites on the Internet under any domain name containing the words "APRICOT LANE" or any of the Marks or any variation of them. As a franchisee, you need written approval from Apricot Lane for any web page or Internet advertising you propose to maintain or use, including the use of linking and framing between your web page and any other web sites.
